Teens under 18 years of age must bring the following original hard copy format documents:

__ Level I Learner's License (must be issued for at least 6 months)

__ Segment II Certificate of Completion

__ Driving Log documenting at least 50 hours of supervised driving, including a minimum of 10 hours at night

__ Current registration for your vehicle

__ Current certificate of insurance for your vehicle

__ A parent or legal guardian must accompany teens during their test. No one else is permitted in the vehicle, this includes children and pets.

Adults 18 years of age or older with a Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) must bring the following original hard copy format documents:

__ Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) (must be issued for at least one month unless "waived")

__ Current registration for your vehicle

__ Current certificate of insurance for your vehicle You must be accompanied to the test site by a properly-licensed adult; however, no one else is permitted in the vehicle during the test other than the person taking the test and the road test examiner. If an interpreter is needed, this must be provided by the customer.

__ Please ensure you have practiced driving on the expressway prior to your road test

Vehicle Inspection

If using your own vehicle, the following must be in good working condition on your vehicle at the time of testing; Headlights, Taillights, Brake lights (including center-mounted rear brake light, if present), Horn, Doors (must open and close), Lug nuts on all tires, Rearview mirror, Outside left mirror, Safety belts for all occupants, Front and back seats, Speedometer, Turn Signals, Tires (with tread, i.e. cannot be “bald”), Windshield (no large cracks in driver sight line), Windshield wipers and washers. We have cars available for rental if your vehicle doesn't meet this criteria. Just select the Car Rental option below.

Retakes

Testing fee is NOT refundable, if your skills, as judged by your examiner, are not sufficient to pass the test. If for any reason you should not pass the test, you may schedule a retest at full cost, minimally 24 hours after your failed test.

Refund Information

• Appointments canceled minimally 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a refund. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours the applicant will forfeit the full cost of the appointment.

• Failure to present required documentation or bring a parent/guardian (under 18) will result in a failed test, and the applicant will forfeit the full cost of that appointment.

• Applicants' vehicles must pass a vehicle inspection. A failed inspection will result in test failure and the applicant will forfeit the full cost of that appointment.

• Appointments that are not canceled, no shows, or any applicant arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment will not receive a refund.

Interlock Systems: Our rentals do not come with interlock systems. If you’re required to use an interlock system, you must secure your own vehicle with an interlock system for your road test.
